Hosting Hosting in der EU

The site runs on a server at Hetzner Online in the EU and is delivered through Bunny.net (BunnyWay, Slovenia). Both process connection data such as the IP address to deliver the site and protect it. Hosting and storage are in the EU; the chat is the exception (see below). Processor agreements to be named.

Chat with Claude KI-Chat

Text you type into the chat is sent to Anthropic, the maker of Claude, to write the answer. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic outside the EU. Anthropic acts as processor. To be named: data transferred, the transfer basis, retention at Anthropic, and that you should not type personal or confidential data into the chat.

To limit abuse and cost, the site keeps short-lived counters linked to your connection (a hashed IP address) in a database on its own server in the EU. Duration and legal basis to be named.

Request form Anfrageformular

When you send a request, your name, email, optional company, message and, if you tick it, the chat text are stored for up to 90 days and passed to Mantas so he can reply.

Requests are encrypted the same way when they arrive and are kept in Mantas's own system until 180 days after the request is closed; the encrypted copy on the web server is deleted after 90 days at the latest.

Intro-call booking Terminanfrage

When you book an intro call, your name, email, optional company and note, the times you propose and your time zone are used to arrange the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract).

The details are encrypted on the web server the moment they arrive, with a key that only Mantas's own system can open, so they are never stored readable there. The encrypted copy is deleted from the web server after 90 days at the latest.

Mantas's system keeps the details until 180 days after the call has taken place or the request is closed. Then it deletes them and keeps only a note that a booking existed (date and status).

Storage in your browser Lokale Speicherung

The chosen colour theme is kept in your browser (localStorage) and the current chat in the tab (sessionStorage, gone when you close it). No tracking and no cookies for analytics.

Visitor counting Reichweitenmessung

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, every page view sends one short message to this site's own server: the page path and the host name of the page you came from (never the full address). The country comes from Bunny.net's lookup of your IP address. Known bots and unknown pages are not counted by name.

To count a visitor once per day, the server forms a key from a part of your IP address (the first three blocks of IPv4, the first half of IPv6) and your browser's user agent, hashed together with a random value that is replaced every day. The key is deleted after 48 hours, so visits cannot be linked across days. Only daily totals are kept: views, visitors, pages, referring sites and countries.

Nothing is stored on your device: no cookie, no localStorage, no third-party analytics. Consent under § 25 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) is therefore not needed. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts Schriftarten

The fonts (Bricolage Grotesque, Geist Mono, Switzer) are served from this site itself. No font service is contacted and no data goes to third parties for them.
